Marcus Dewayne Franks (born March 15, 1989),[1] better known by his stage name KoBoogie aka Mr 1800, is an American songwriter, rapper, actor performer from Shreveport, Louisiana. He is best known for the 2015 Independent Music Awards the 14th annual.
Growing up around drugs, prostitution and no good pastors with no help. KoBoogie stayed in Michigan half of his life and Louisiana before moving to Atlanta. Living different lifestyles help KoBoogie understand life in away no other child his age could. He was living house to house since the age of 11 with KoBoogie parents being on drugs and his other family member selling drugs or using em was no way he could survive out here on his own. KoBoogie come from a household of 8 kids. Marcus KoBoogie Franks Comes from a musical family from his Mom side of the family.

KoBoogie dropped a mixtape on iHeart Radio. In 2013, KoBoogie remade YG_(rapper) song “My Homie, My Homie†and got over 90k views on YouTube within two weeks to two months span. Working on Million of views on YouTube Following up in just a year a million some YouTube views Top 100 on amazon nominated for the Independent_Music_Awards.
